Registration Process:

• On registration, official forms will be sent, fill out the forms and return along with your assessment payment.

• Full payment of the program is required by the start of program, once assessment has been completed and the participant has been accepted into the program.

• Our assessment assesses the participant for safety and risk management to ensure safety in the program and to satisfy our insurance and NDIS obligations.  Assessments are conducted by our program director.

• Payment is by invoice and will be sent to your email address or your plan manager as stated on your forms.

• Once the participant has started the program there are no refunds available.  If a participant, once assessed, requires other interventions (i.e. swimming skills, or additional support) options will be offered or no further fees are applicable (only the assessment fee).

Transport:​

• Transport is offered to participants from Gympie and other areas as organised on sign up.

• Transport costs will be provided in the quote/invoice for claiming.

• It is expected that all information regarding a participants behaviour management plan (if required) be communicated to the Learnings Program prior to starting.

Program:

• Participants will be engaging in physical activities and will be supported by our staff.

• Participants will require particular clothing and safety equipment, please ensure they have this available each session (swimwear, sunscreen, hats, shoes, change of clothes).

• Due to duration of each session there will be time provided for eating lunch.  Lunch is to be provided for each participant by their family/carer, packed appropriately and of healthy standard.

• Staff will work with participants to enable them to achieve goals and get the most out of their program
